1. Ordering

The products offered in Blancmind.com online store represent an invitation to customers to purchase based on the data and information provided. All prices indicated are the currency of choice amounts (GBP, EURO, USD, AED) and include the legally prescribed value added tax. Blancmind.com reserves the right not to accept the offer if an item is not available or if you have unjustifiably failed to pay invoices for earlier deliveries. If Blancmind.com is not able to execute an order, you will be informed as quickly as possible. Orders are accepted only in quantities usual for households. For wholesale orders please feel free to contact us.

2. Delivery and Shipping costs

Delivery time is 3 to 5 work days after processing the order. If the delivered items have obvious material or production defects, which may include transport damage, please complain to us of such defects immediately via email or by telephone. However, even if you neglect to make such complaint, your legal rights remain unaffected. Please note that for security reasons, you will need to present a legal form of identification when collecting your parcel such as photographic (e.g passport, national ID, driving licence) or utility bill or similar, including name and address.

3. Areas we are Delivering to

We do our best to deliver to all areas globally. However in case we cannot ship to your address of choice we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case we are unable to deliver to your address of choice.

4. Damages

Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
